Sorry for the lack of posts lately. Many things happened here, you know, things that you are afraid of but that always come … sooner or later…
Hospital, cancer, chemo… my father passed away last week… I still can’t believe these words are true…
So today I started sewing again, and I tried a new box. I want this one to hang on the wall.
Just the first try…
I love the shape, but because the sides are narrow (about 1 inch), it was a little difficult to sew it.
If I will have some more patience, I will make some changes to the pattern.
My condolences, Geta, it's not easy to lose a parent.
This new box is really nice …. you are so talented.

My condolences Geta…so sorry. We went through the same thing last year and the year before…My husband mother had cancer and passed in 2010…his father in 2011…it's an awful sickness…
