Quilting with THICK thread- 12wt
Hello friends! Do you have thick thread in your box? How thick? We quilt usually with 40wt or 50 wt. Sometimes we need thinner thread, and other times, when we want to really show off the quilting, then we need a thicker thread. 28wt (30wt) thread works nicely, but 12wt is really a different story! Another favorite shadow trapunto quilt
How couldn't this quilt be a favorite? It measures about 33''. I used the same fabric for background and binding. As you can see, the quilting was easy- I followed the design on the fabric. The back.
