This will be the background of our group quilt. Usually the background of my quilts is made out of just one fabric so this is something new for me -  a scrappy background. I was curious to see how much I worked in 2012, since I did not have to work for a book (the book was released on February).   I still love to make bags...in fact, I think I love making bags even more: pretty fabrics, simple shapes, functionality... My sister Nina gave me a helping hand (or two!) last week and we stitched 3 new cubes. Could you see the cubes ? I hope so! 2 more cubes to make.
