New Raw Edge Applique Design – quilt and pillows
I know, too many pictures, but I can’t help myself!
I finished this larger design as wall hanging and I chose to hang it vertically.
The two smaller pieces became pillows.
I love to quilt with the walking foot…
… but only on small pieces!
And not on too many pieces!
So on the second pillow I free motion quilted feathers.
I loved to do it, too bad it was a small area!
Everything was quilted with Aurifil 50wt. The beautiful fabric is Fossil Fern by Benartex.
