This is the way I store my shadow trapunto quilts. That rod is usually used for hanging curtains.
My husband mounted it on the wall. It takes some space, but I have easy access to any quilt.
Many hanging sleeves are waiting to be hand sewn. Hopefully one of my sisters will help me !
