Just to be sure that I don’t give up to the idea of making the Jewel box pattern (that I made for my mother) in two small sizes, I started to piece the blocks.
One version will be half of the size of the bed quilt and the other will be quarter of the size.
These are the 2″ units. I made 160.
Now I have to make the 1″ units.

I have a hard enough time keeping regular sized blocks straight, lol. I love the look of the small blocks, so need to practice more so I can make quilts like this.
