in this treasure chest.
At first I thought to make two little boxes. Then I thought a stack of boxes would be even better.
I spent some time choosing the fabrics – I think I made the perfect choice (‘Connections’ collection by Paintbrush Studio for Fabri-Quilt).
And because I had 3 colors, I made 3 sets.
Please, please, PRETEND the buttons are jewelry!
The third set did not fit so I made a smaller box, for storing the necklaces or bracelets.
Please, please pretend this is a beautiful necklace!
It fits in the space under the lid.
Have you noticed the handles ? It is so easy to move them.
As you can imagine, this will be a gift (buttons not included!). I don’t have jewelry. But I have trouble spelling this word!
I love other jewelry( I copied and pasted the damn word) – fabric+batting+thread!
I hope you are having a great (sewing) week,
Geta

No wonder you have trouble with that word. Even English as first language people like myself have issues with it! Part of the problem is that it is one of the words UK and US spell differently and Microsoft and its friends will force you to the US spelling.
So US : jewelry
UK: jewellery
Canada (where I live) I found both AND jewellry (clearly wrong) in the phone book advertising jewellery stores.
