I can’t wait to show you two new quilting designs – inspired by pretty fabric rosettes like this one below.
I just had to buy this pretty collection- Pinhead by Michael Miller. I couldn’t resist to a bundle of 42 colors!
And I dreamed of a box of fossil fern for years!
I guess I can’t ask anything else to Santa!
I already have on paper the next 4 quilts!! All will be made with these fabrics.
Cant’ wait to start them! But first I have to finish my next patterns.
Do you know I don’t have UFO’s? It’s not that I don’t make things that I don’t finish. But when it is obvious that I will not finish them ever, I give them to friends that have more patience than me and finish them.
I am not afraid to throw things away too! Better in the trash than in my mind!
Have a great sewing week,
Geta

I like the dot and fossil fabrics. Bright and colorful. Recently. I started to collect polka dots. Currently, my only UFO is a knitting project.

love the dotty fabrics. I have a few UFO's as work seems to keep getting in the way, but I will get to them soon

Can't wait to see your new projects. Love your fabrics!
I wish I didn't have UFO's. I have a few. A couple I may never finish. It's not that I don't want to finish them it's just that I get excited about new projects and start them before I finish the old ones. Can't help myself. Last year I spent 6 months finishing UFO's. I finished all of them and then let them get out of control again. But for a short time it felt sooooo good to have everything finished. I think what bothers me about UFO's is that they clutter my mind and it's like they are nagging at me. Good for you that you don't have any.

I have the same box of Fossil Ferns (for several years now). It is my "go to" fabric when I need a little bit of elegance in a blender. UFOs? I am the queen of them! I love to start; hate to finish. It's the process that gives me pleasure and then I'm off to a new process or technique!

I adore your approach to UFO's!! I do have some, but I'm trying to knock them down. My conscience feels better if I don't have too much of a pile…

The fossil fabrics look awsome so do the pin head ones, can't wait to see your new projects.
I have several UFO's but can't bear to part with them, I do love giving a finished quilt to someone special and seeing the reaction for me that is the special moment that makes it all worthwhile.

I like very much the dots and fossil ferns fabrics. A perfect start for the next four quilts. About UFO's, I'm so happy that you decided to give them to your friends…:)
