These little bags – folded pockets – are made using origami (the traditional Japanese art of paper folding). I adapted this technique to fabrics and instead of a single piece of paper, we are using two (or three) pieces of fabric.
It is FAST – EASY – FUN !
It takes less than half an hour to complete a pocket. They need just a few stitches…
I sewed all my pockets by machine but they can also be stitched by hand.
